I was introduced to the Foundation through a colleague and friend who, following a serious accident had his leg saved through reconstructive surgery. Later, I became absolutely convinced of the need to raise money for pioneering research following my visit to the Leicester Royal Infirmary.

The Healing Foundation Appeal is particularly well structured, the planning is meticulous and the cause compelling. At every turn, I have been impressed by the professional and businesslike approach to the development of the charity and the Appeal, which possess the hallmarks I expect to see in any successful business venture.
