The Healing Foundation in partnership with the Craniofacial Society of Great Britain and Ireland (CFSGB&I) and the British Burn Association (BBA) wish to support the following Student Elective Awards.

HF/CFSG&I - The purpose of the award is to give undergraduate students the opportunity to broaden their perception and experience of research in the area of cleft care, craniofacial surgery, medicine and care. The 6-8 week research project must address improvements of treatments for patients in this area. The closing date for applications is the 30 April 2008.

HF/BBA - The purpose of the award is to give medical undergraduates and post-graduate nursing, therapy or paramedical students the opportunity to broaden their perception and experience of research in the area of burn related medicine and care. The 6-8 week research project must address improvements for patients in this area. The closing date for applications is
30 April 2008.
